OK to mix: Gabapentin is metabolized via the kidney and has no substantial drug reaction with tramadol. Both could cause drowsiness and dizziness, and this could be additive. Although tramadol could rarely cause seizures, Gabapentin suppresses szs, so this essentially cancels out. So, in essence, with your doctor's very close supervision, you likely will do fine.
