I am asking for my husband has tooth pain doctor did rooth canal but pain was still there then other dentist suggest to extract it even then pain is still on same spot while talking he has pain and vibration he has finished three antibiotics?

Without seeing x-ray and knowing history it's difficult to say what is best. Another dentist said extract it, but did that dentist evaluate the tooth with an exam and x-ray? If an extraction is done be prepared to replace that tooth with an implant or bridge. Good oral hygiene is recommended to keep other teeth from this condition.
