Had pyloric stenosis when i was a baby & had surgery done in abdominal area to fix it. i have a scar that seems to be connected to my abdominals in some way. it disrupts the ab below the scars ability to develop properly during exercise. advice?

You can consult with a general surgeon to see what they can offer to revise the scar and free up any attachment to the muscle layers below. It may or may not be able to make it look like anything but a scar, but separating an attachment may be possible & give you the basic results you seek.
