A member asked:

I have cervical herniated discs from c2-c7. each one is herniated and there are other issues like bone spurs and loss of natural neck curvature as well. i believe all of the herniations are from a car accident. 2 years later, what should i do?

If you are symptomatic, e.g. persistent neck or arm pain, numbness or weakness of either arms, etc. you should see a spine orthopedist. Good luck.

Initially start with a physiatrist, and if conservative approaches fail, consider a visit with a spine surgeon.
