Cervical spine: Degenerative arthritis of the spine may be influenced by many factors including genetics, weight, nutrition, and activities. Nsaid medications can help with pain, but are unlikely to reverse effects on imaging. I recommend pilates with a focus on core strength in neck and back to my patients that don't have surgical problems.
