In morning an eyelash got into my lower eyelid and its night now but it is still there . i have no irritation but should i just leave it there so that it will leave on its own or do something about it?

Use an eye wash or squirt warm water over area. Have a friend or loved one with gentle hands try to remove it with a tweezer.
