Need evaluation.: These symptoms could indicate a serious condition depending on your age. If you are over 60 years old you may have a condition called temporal arteritis which can cause permanent vision loss. Regardless of your age you should see your ophthalmologist.

Could be: Persistent sneezing, itchy/runny nose, itchy watery eyes, ear fullness/itching are all common chronic symptoms of environmental allergy. Sinus pressure that results from congestion and mucus build-up can cause this time of headache. Mucinex (guaifenesin) D, hydration, sinus saline irrigation can improve symptoms in short term. Work with a physician to identify cause (allergic vs nonallergic) for long term fix
