Can genital warts be pink and dry looking? have 5 bumpy lesions base of penis and pubic area/groin. now flat one on top of penis and a small white one under penis. going on 14 months having these. two looks like hair growing out. clustered looking?

"Pink and dry" could be warts, but hair growing out can't be a wart. Also genital warts mostly are on the penis or scrotum, not in the pubic area or groin. All things considered, warts seem unlikely. But the only way to know for certain is to be examined in person.
