Exam needed: Dizziness,whether lightheadedness or true vertigo, that is not precipitated by head or other body motions may not be related to a benign inner ear disorder but may be caused by serious conditions like low blood pressure,anemia, cardiac dysrhythmias or even certain brain pathology. In view of this, I recommend that you undergo a thorough investigation by a physician. Appropriate tests will be done.
