Hello. : Hello. Adjustable beds are reported to sometimes be helpful with mild sleep apnea. For instance, if her tongue occludes her airway when supine, this may be helpful. If your mother's sleep apnea is severe enough to require cpap, I am doubtful that an ajustable bed by itself will cure the problem.

Head : Head of the bed elevation can be helpful for osa especially if other options are not possible. Studies have shown that it can decrease the ahi but usually not enough to completely normalize it. You could consider having her do a portable sleep study or in-lab psg while sleeping with the head elevated to determine exactly how much effect it has on her severity of osa.
