Not sure: Sensitivity to light as you describe it could come from a dilated pupil (possibly from medications you take), A cataract ( though you're young to have this), inflammation in the eye (often associated with ache and redness), or corneal swelling/irritation. If you already had an eye specialist look at your eye, but the symptoms continue to persist or worsen, you may need to seek a second opinion.
