Aortic root at 4.1cm on echo. i had a cardiac mri done a few years ago that showed it was normal and my echo last year was normal. it was mildly dilatated at 3.9cm 4 years ago. i'm a 6 foot 2 person about 300lbs. why is it going up and down?

I answered one of your questions yesterday with a link to a figure of the ascending aorta and normal sizes at each location. Please note that the images of MRI and echocardiogram were interpreted by different radiologists and cardiologists and they can make error. Your aortic root at sinus valsava of 4.1 cm is still in normal range & cardiologist read it correctly last year but not this year.
