Body surface area has a lot to do with determining normal limits of aortic root diameter. If you don't have aortic valve disease, your reading of 4.1 cm is probably not an early aortic root aneurysm but is within normal limits or borderline for your body surface area. A thoracic surgeon could evaluate and advise you best.
