Which test should be done to rule out aortic arch aneurysm?mri,ct scan or 2d echo?

All 3: tests are potentially useful, but for simply ruling out an aneurysm, CT or MRI is probably the way to go.

Echo report back, normal with exception of 4.1cm aortic root at sinus of valsalva. I had an MRI 4 years ago which was normal and echo 2 years ago was normal, but echo 8 years ago showed 3.9cm which was "normal"? I'm 6 foot 2 and 300 pounds male?
Can Brain Aneurysms be found with CT Scan and Contrast or must MRI be used to diagnose. I was told my A&E CT scan with Contrast 20 yrs ago showed good blood vessels As my brother was recently diagnosed with Aneurysms would i need tests again?
