Cerumen impaction: I would not use full strength hydrogen peroxide as this can irritate the external auditory canal. Try a 50/50 ratio of warm water and peroxide and fill the ear. Allow this to sit for a few minutes, drain and repeat as needed. If this does not work, you may need to have your doctor remove it with a curette
