I am 5 weeks 1 day pregnant today according to the first day of my last period but my doctor couldn't find a sac or heartbeat during the ultrasound today. my hcg levels are 484. is that level normal for 5 weeks pregnant? was it just too early to see?

It could be a bit early. US should be repeated in 1-2 weeks. By Verywell website: "when correlated with hCG levels, a gestational sac should be seen on ultrasound at about 5 weeks when the hCG level has reached about 1500 to 2000. A heartbeat can be detected between 5 1/2 and 6 1/2 weeks.". Your fetus may be less than 5 weeks and the sac should be identified when hCG level is 1500 or higher.
