I'm pregnant and my hcg levels are 148.5 . had a double period so doctor said its hard to tell how far i am by lmp . how far along would i be if hcg is 148.5?

Hard to say: It is difficult to render an opinion without at least two serial hCG's to determine if the value is rising or falling. Also 148.5 is a very early value and results are reported as between one value of weeks to another at this stage. The use of ultrasound, hCG's, physical exam, and first heartbeat landmarks all contribute to EDC.(due date)
