Have had extreme fatigue for about 3 weeks now, had my bloods checked by gp which showed high platlets the plan is to recheck in 4 weeks however since then i have started getting short blurry vision episodes along with a popping sensation in head?

You don't mention how high your platelet count is. I would like a hematologist to determine whether it's advisable for you to take a low dose aspirin daily in view of your symptoms. I also recommend consulting an ophthalmologist for evaluation. He/she may order an ultrasound study of your carotid arteries and vertebral arteries if deemed advisable.
