A minority of myasthenic cases may have negative serologies early on, and this should be repeated in about 60-90 days. A Tensilon Test may be useful. If you solely possess localized Ocular Myasthenia, an EMG study of musculature may not be useful. In some cases, a medication trial might be appropriate. Consider a second opinion.
