What can cause high wbc (19.4), high platelets (600), high neutrophils (10829), and high lymphocytes (7123)? Symptoms include extreme fatigue, weight loss (45lbs within a year), hair loss, widespread pain, frequent infections, and dizziness?
Low WBC 3, low anion gap 6, and low IG M 47. All other blood work normal so far. I have discoloration around both eyes. Extreme fatigue. Blood and bone cancers run in my family. Does this point in the direction of multiple myeloma?
