System response: This does seem unusual. It may be that your system is becoming more cholinergic to foods. This means that there is an enhanced "fight or flight" response resulting in your symptoms. I would recommend smaller meals with simpler foods non-complex carbohydrates and simple proteins. Using simple antihistamines such as loratadine may be helpful if there is a histamine response to foods. I would also keep a food diary to determine if any foods or worse triggers and others. Deafly share this with your physician.
