Dr said i should take estecina 500 twice daily for 3 months for gastric abscess collection. but my second dr said estecina alone isn't enough, so he say take klacid 500 twice daily. which dr is right? answer plz?

Often a second antibiotic is added but the second antibiotic in not typically Klacid 500 mg (clarithromycin). A more common addition would be metronidazole. There is a reason why the first doctor only used Estecina, so you should ask the doctor because there are reasons for using only one.
