The eGFR is a measure of kidney function (efficiency). The expected eGFR for age 60-70 is 85 mL/min/1.73m2. The cited number is close to that number. Please discuss the test with your doc who can put it into context of why they ordered it.

It is an estimate of kidney function and the reading seems normal. You should have your doc explain the meaning of all tests done.
