Abx side effect?: Abdominal pain is tough to figure out sometimes, but given the hx of "kidney infection" i assume you were on antibiotics. If so, and still on them or off within the past 4 weeks, i'd be worried about the potential for c. Difficile superinfection of the GI tract, or side effects of antibiotics, or another unrelated new cause. It's best to get to your doctor to figure this out.
