About 7 years ago i had a virus of some sort and i never knew what it was. can a dr here give me some possibilities, im curious. started with pain in eye when moved, then fever, nauseous, and bad neck and should/back pain. fever lasted a week?

There are several viruses that can cause those symptoms . One is herpes zoster, also known as shingles, which is caused by reactivation of the varicella-zoster virus that causes chickenpox. Shingles typically begins with pain or tingling in one side of the body, followed by a rash and fever (CDC). Another is Epstein-Barr which causes infectious mononucleosis or "Mono". Get Checked!
