Fever can be good: Fever is a part of the body's immune system, allowing us to fight off infections, as you mentioned. My common advice to parents is to treat the child, not the temperature. If she feels bad, treat as needed. If she is not having any complaints, do not feel the need to treat with a fever reducer.
