After bathing, i felt tingeling in ring finger tip and it lasted until i fell asleep and the next day i did not feel it, what could this be and before i felt a slight tingling but it never lasted more than a few minute and now last longer?

There is something you do when you are bathing that is irritating the nerve that goes to your finger. This irritation could be at the ring on the finger, wrist, elbow or neck. So, check out the way you are holding your neck, resting your elbow or positioning your wrist/hand when you bathe. Nerves do not like having constant pressure on them. The tingling is a response to that.
