Can tingling in ring finger and pinkie finger only after showering with hot water be an initial sign of multiple sclerosis, i feel tingling only when i shower before bed and until i fall asleep. the rest of the time i have any sensations?

Because this is such a localized & repetitive symptom,I'd be thinking more of a positional nerve impingement problem in the nerve or wrist rather than MS which usually has scattered neurological symptoms. A neurologist could evaluate and advise you.

The term multiple in MS means several different symptoms in space and time. Yours are focal and limited, and most likely involve a problem with a peripheral nerve. You do NOT describe a presentation of MS.
