I have been hearing bubbling sound in my right ear especially when i touch it. i know it's likely the eusthesian tube blocked. dr prescribed omnaris & claritin. i'm on day 2 and ear feels the same. should i be noticing symptoms clearing by now?

Eustachian tube dysfunction and/or middle ear fluid. Better treated with Augmenting, frequent Valsalva, avoidance of smoke and alcohol. See LMD or ENT
