I'm on claritin & omnaris for almost 10 days for my right ear crackling with touch & movement. as of saturday & sunday i had few hours my ear felt normal. today it's crackling all day if i touch it. what is causing this? is ear tube surgery needed?

Typically you are on those medications for allergies and the congestion associated with the allergies. With allergies, there is swelling of the tissues of the connections between the ears and the mouth call the eustachian tubes. And the crackling is the air moving through those tubes as the pressure changes in them. You are just hearing that.
