NO: you should NOT be "nervous" about this since the viruses spread by blood contact do NOT SURVIVE on a surface like a book cover long enough to infect people who touch it! Furthermore YOU would have to have an OPEN cut on your hand/arm to be susceptible.... Hope this helps! RELAX Dr Z
