Your case is very unusual so I wonder if you have any other significant comorbidities such as severe obesity, history of stroke or heart problem. If your health condition wasn't bad before the surgery then there is something wrong with your surgery or the rehab process because most people are able to walk after 3 months. You need to be re-evaluated by an orthopedist as soon as possible. Good luck.

It has to do with your progression with physical therapy as deconditioning is fast and likely responsible for your inability to walk. You should see slow improvement and your physical therapist will best to further estimate time to recovery, your baseline ability to walk prior to the fracture should serve as the goal.
