What is the recovery time after an osteochondroma surgery on the femur and what are the complication with bending the knee?

Varies: It varies somewhat based upon the size of the osteochondroma, and so how much of the femur has to be resected. For at least 6-12 weeks there will typically be an increased risk of fracture secondary to the stress riser that uccues at the site of bone resection.
