If PVCs are over 10% of total beats in a day, it's considered concerning. Has your outpatient monitoring shown that high a percentage, couplets,triplets,multi form PVCs,right ventricular origin,more with exertion, just after exertion or at rest? Family history? Are your EKG&echocardiogram normal? These are important factors. Consult a electrophysiologist cardiologist for evaluation& best advice
