Need more info: While bigeminy is generally considered a benign rhythm ( a normal variant), you need to know if your pacemaker reveals excessive activity with regard to premature ventricular contractions ( their interspersing with normal beats in 1:1 pattern is bigeminy). There may be a need for medication. More information is needed about your heart to provide a better answer. Consider a concierge consult.
