My ferritin was a 2. im on my period and i bleed very heavily. my b12 was 219. i was told to take iron pills and get b12 injections weekly. also being tested for ms and other autoimmune disorders. does low ferritin and low b12 typically show in this?

No, low ferritin and B12 are not common in those disorders. You have severe iron deficiency and mild B12 deficiency. At your age, the etiology of heavy menses needs to be defined for the appropriate therapy. Just iron and B12 replacement is not curative. Good luck.
