There is not enough description here for the panel to offer a differential diagnosis. After 2'uncomfortable weeks I recommend going directly to a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis, appropriate treatment & followup care. In the meantime have you tried non drowsy antihistamines which your pharmacist can relieve to relieve itching? Benadryl causes drowsiness but may help you sleep.
