What started as a wheat allergy for 3 to 4 months has now become a random daily chronic urticaria for me for the last 6-7 weeks.whatever i eat or do doesn't matter,i get rashes every day all over my body.how and why did it happen and will it be 4ever?

The cause of chronic urticaria is very elusive. It is best evaluated by an allergist who will determine what type of testing would be indicated. Certain skin testing can't be performed when your skin is in such a heightened state of reactivity. In the meantime have you tried taking antihistamines? Benadryl can cause drowsiness but Claritin is nondrowsy. Let the allergist know if the meds helped.
