Why do i get skin rashes in the winter time especially while i'm sick? on the neck, body, inside of elbow joint. sometimes they itch a lot at night. i have ocd. the rash are bright red. it happened before when i didn't have covid but i have covid now?

Eczema flares can occur in hot or cold weather, dry or humid conditions. Do you have a family history of eczema, asthma or hay fever? A dermatologist is best to evaluate, advise& treat you for these bright red rashes which I assume are itchy.
