For the past two months ive had right sided temple pressure. for awhile it hurt when i touched my temple but thats gone. now i just feel dull pressure there and at times sharp pain that lasts for a few seconds. could it be a brain tumor? aneurysm?

Recommend you seek consultation from a neurologist or a headache specialist, but the mechanism of your symptoms does not point toward aneurysm or brain tumor. Am suspicious of jaw problems, and a dentist can assess dental and TMJ mechanisms. Take some effect to get this understood and controlled.
