Recommend you seek consultation from a neurologist or a headache specialist, but the mechanism of your symptoms does not point toward aneurysm or brain tumor. Am suspicious of jaw problems, and a dentist can assess dental and TMJ mechanisms. Take some effect to get this understood and controlled.
