I had an isolated positive rnp of 1.8 negative being less then 1. i have no symptoms. my doctor ran an ana based on high bone specific alkaline phos and possible celiac disease. all asymptomatic?

Positive RNP antibody does not mean you have mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD) because test specificity is low. Positive test is not uncommon in normal people. I do not see any correlation between high bone ALP levels and + RNP antibody. Good luck.
