Why do you think your penis hasn't grown? At your age, the penis has achieved the peak size (length and girth). What is the size of your penis with a full erection, you should be more specific? Take care.

Size of penis is either over or under estimated when done by self. Best is to be seen by your doc or a Urologist. you might find there is nothing wrong! Good luck
