Puberty varies: I suppose with your posted comments you have gone through puberty but just don't have much facial hair. Puberty is a phase that can last 5-8 yrs in some males. If you are truly concerned you can visit with your doc & be evaluated. Blood tests and or x-rays provide firm evidence after a general exam.
