Hey, my pennis is 5inch in length and 4.4in in girth. im 19 and i'm a late bloomer. i hit puberty just late (i still don't have a dark moustache) will my pennis still grow ? can i increase it by doing jelqing or by using any creams or pumps? thanks?

Your penis may grow a bit, though not very likely. You cannot make it bigger and trying to do that may do harm. If you do not get bigger, you are at average size and your penis will be able to do everything for your and your partner's pleasure.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless. No alcohol or drugs.
