You need ferritin level in order to make a conclusion. However, if you Hb and all red cell indices (MCV, MCH, MCHC) are normal, there is no need for further test. Take care.

Hello, I recently had a blood test done and the results showed low ferritin level but my iron levels were normal. I consume a diet high in vegetables, lentils and beans. My platelets count was 260 in the recent blood work but last year it was 266?
