My ferritin serum level is 590 ng/ml and iron binding capacity 243 ug/dl other blood work tests seem to have come back normal what would be the next steps to follow up on these results?

Lab test such as these need to be interpreted in the clinical setting in which they were drawn, and you need the rest of the normal values in addition in order to interpret them properly. You should see the Doctor Who ordered the tests. They are usually in the best position to interpret them. Good luck.
