Hi I am a woman of 29 years. Yesterday I picked up the results of a blood test. my ferritin levels are above the reference range for women. 298 ng / mL. I get iron 12.20 umol / L. In february, ferritin was normal, 61ng/mL. Why? Its dangerous? Thanks.
