A member asked:

Is there a blood pressure medication that would cause less vein dilation? if so, which ones?

Most antihypertensive medications I know do not cause vein dilation so most are not contraindicated in patients with venous insufficiency. The side effect leg edema of certain BP meds is not due to vein dilation. Good luck.
