Which blood pressure is more dangerous one that is caused by vasoconstriction or the one which is caused by salt attracting water in blood vessels?

Both are equally bad. If you have high blood pressure see a doctor to get it treated. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health! Safe sex: https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/safer-sex

As far as we know there is no difference in the degree of danger. Salt excess high blood pressure is due to vasoconstriction. Google the Guyton Blood Pressure Regulation concept I think it will demonstrate this. The difference is vasoconstriction in often due to high renin but in salt HBP renin is low yet vasoconstriction is present in both. You can “cure” salt HBP by DASHing with DASH DIET.
