Hi. im 43 yr old female with hx juvenile arthritis at 11. now with unexplained fever for 2 weeks. no infection. raynauds for probably 10 years. ana is positive and rnp igg antibodies are 1.6. all other antibodies were negative. does this mean mctd?

The anti RNP antibody is too low in you case, not consistent with MCTD. Juvenile arthritis is not a known feature of MCTD. Good luck.
